Installation 2nd oxygen net Children's Hospital Sibiu, Romania
Project:
On the Children's Hospital's request, the Urgenta Foundation will install a second oxygen/compressed air network at the Cardiology department. In 2003, Urgenta already installed a basic medical gasses facility, including two compressors, with the financial help of the Round Table 147. In 2006, an expansion of the network will be fitted to the patient ward where the patients with heart defects are being treated. Twenty oxygen outlets and twenty compressed air outlets including flow meters and vacuum-injectors will be realized.
After this project, the Children's Hospital will have a fully functional technical installation. With this facility, the hospital can provide adequate care to the admitted children. After four years of development aid projects, this will be the final project for the Urgenta Foundation at the Children's Hospital Sibiu.
